This is certainly the most charming, romantic and required accommodation of the Agriturismo.

Once used as a pigsty, it has now been transformed into a fantastic Open Space of about 35 square meters,

dug into the rock and plastered in natural clay.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Colonial Villa, loved by anyone who has lived there

and renovated by us following the dictates of green building.

With the renovation we discovered that the whole house rests on a gigantic rock and,

in the part of the apartment that leads to the bathroom and the old spiral staircase,

it is possible to observe it with its beautiful veins...

hence the name "cave of the gnome".

The Open Space is equipped with a kitchenette, wood-burning fireplace, private bathroom with shower

and independent access to a large terrace and a garden, for the exclusive use of the apartment.

The apartment is divided into 2 spaces:

1) a large open space furnished in country chic style, which refers to the Genoese and English style;

double bed, coffee table, equipped kitchenette, rocket stove, spiral staircase and the rock of the gnome create a truly special and evocative whole;

there is the possibility of adding a bed or a cot;

2) private bathroom with shower, plastered in cocciopesto.

The apartment overlooks a large terrace immersed in the oak forest and opens onto a suggestive garden with a dining table and the majestic Oak, (somebody says five hundred years old), where you can spend romantic evenings by candlelight or moonlight.
